S&W successfully delivered a Boots rollout programme to improve efficiency in 320 pharmacies, achieved by amending layouts so that each step in the creation of a prescription is placed in a logical position. This improved the ergonomics of the pharmacy, reduced travel distances of colleagues, improving overall workflow and productivity. S&W carried out all design, delivery and project management. To achieve a very tight programme completing 20 stores a week. Each store was completed within one night in order to minimise disruption.
