S&W Design and Construct were contracted to undertake remodeling at their Leek HQ building The works, under D&B contract, included enclosing the atrium through deployment of an ETFE membrane roof with associated services reconfiguration, structural alterations to accommodate stair relocation, creation of staff break out / informal meeting zones and interview rooms, and to introduce feature elements to the now useable vertical atrium space and courtyard.
