S&W undertook work in two conjoined buildings totalling 11 floors, comprising refurbishment of existing, live operational office space to provide a more modern working environment with additional meeting rooms. To preserve business continuity, works took place utilising a mix of phased areas and ‘out of hours’ working. Our experienced delivery team formed very good working relationships with the staff in the buildings, ensuring smooth transitions between phased handovers.
