When RBS established a strong corporate and retail presence, in the award winning Spinningfields’ development, an important and exciting new location in Manchester, the project warranted excellent space and a high quality scheme. Procured and delivered simultaneously with the adjacent Hardman Boulevard project, the challenge was to drive cost saving and ensure consistent quality across both sites through careful co-ordination of specialist trades with minimum duplication of resources.
