Styles&Wood has been appointed to three lots of public sector framework operator Pagabo’s new Refit and Refurbishment Framework, allowing us to compete for a wide range of contracts.
Succesfully bidding for Lot 1, covering project values of £250,000 to £1 million, Lot 2 (£1 million to £5 million), and Lot 3 (£5 million to £15 million), Styles&Wood is one of only two contractors to be appointed across all available regions, providing the opportunity to work on projects throughout the UK.

The framework covers sectors including healthcare, education and transportation, and is aimed at extending the lifecycle of buildings with modern renovation and restoration solutions. It covers refresh, cut and carve, shell and core work, as well as Cat A and B refurbishment.Andy Shaw, Operations Director at Styles&Wood said:

“This is a great win for us, recognising the strength of our offering within the public sector, and providing us with an opportunity to bolster our credentials in key sectors.”

“Being part of this framework benefits not only Styles&Wood, but businesses throughout our supply chain, many of which are SMEs, allowing us to collaborate on these contracts on a national scale.”

Simon Toplass, Chief Executive Officer at Pagabo said:

“Our clients will be able to convert buildings whilst keeping the same structure, improving and restoring their building by renovating or incorporating the very latest in modern systems, through retrofit.”

“Environmental aspects are part of our wider social value contribution and is a key feature of this framework. Whenever a building is recycled, by opting for refurbishment, then a large amount of energy will be saved avoiding the need to extract raw materials and convert them into a new building.”

“We’re really excited about our latest offering and delighted to have a great choice of specialists on the framework for our clients.”

The overall value of the framework, across all five available lots, has the potential to reach up to £1 billion.
